Hakan Ozturk

Hakan Ozturk has started his career in IT and rapidly moved into customer-facing roles.

From Support to Customer Service Management, he has been involved in various leadership positions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Throughout his career, he worked with famous global tech brands such as Autodesk, Expedia, SAP, and BMC Software.

Armed with 10+ years in Customer Success, he recently started the “Driving Customer Success” movement to share his professional experience, best practices, and learnings from his large network of Customer Success leaders around the globe to help grow and contribute to the Customer Success profession.

Hakan is most recently leading the Customer Success strategies and digital transformation initiatives for top global enterprise accounts at Adobe.
