King’s 25-plus years of experience in B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) strategy, sales, and marketing will enable Pindrop to achieve its next growth phase through a renewed focus on customer success.

In her role at Pindrop, King will use her experience as a seasoned customer ambassador, business leader, and cloud advocate to continue to grow revenue, increase product adoption, and achieve new levels of organic growth. The keys to realizing those goals will be codifying the factors behind Pindrop’s customers and leveraging those insights to achieve even further scale.
